My gratitude rock ritual

Several years ago, my daughter gave me a rock, which has “BEST MUM” stamped on it. I keep that rock on my bedside table, and every night, I follow my “gratitude rock” ritual…

Once I’m in bed, and right before I go to sleep, I pick up my rock and I think back over my day, looking for the best thing that happened that day.

I go back to the moment I woke up, until the moment I went to bed, and when I decide on the best moment, I really focus on it, bringing up the feeling of gratitude for that moment in time.

I smile, I say “Thank you” to the Universe, and then I gently place the rock back in its place, knowing that my day has ended in the most positive way!
