What’s a Chakra Analysis Reading all about?

It’s surprising how much you can be affected by imbalanced chakras. It wasn’t until I had completed my own reading that I could see how these imbalances were impacting on various areas of my life, and how my choices had been perpetuating these issues. Yikes!

What I love about the Chakra Analysis Reading

What I love about a Chakra Analysis Reading is that it’s a simple way to gain an understanding of how balanced each chakra is, and how an underactive or overactive chakra can affect various areas of your life! 

This type of reading also gives some insight into which life areas may be affected by the imbalances, and how you may be able to get them back into balance.

What happens in a Chakra Analysis Reading?

When you book your Chakra Analysis Reading, and before our Zoom call, I will connect to your Akashic Records to complete a basic Soul Review. 

This review helps me to understand who you are at a Soul level, and how my findings should be addressed (because it will be different for everybody!).

I will then identify how many of your chakras are out of balance, and then I’ll identify which chakras aren’t functioning as they should be.

After this, I will measure how active each chakra is at the physical, emotional and mental levels. 

I love this part, because it gives me an incredibly detailed overview of what you are focused on and may be neglecting in your life, and how your choices may be creating a physical experience that doesn’t match what you desire.

We will then meet up and I will explain to you what I have found, and together we will see if we can work out how these imbalances are playing out in your life.

From there we will come up with some new, conscious actions in the form of new choices, to get each chakra back into balance. 

Can’t energy work alone rebalance my chakras?

Yes, energy work absolutely can rebalance each chakra, but you’re only one choice away from knocking it out again, so it’s really important that you understand that the only way to keep your chakras balanced is to make choices which align to who you are as a Soul.

So many people I’ve worked with over the years see energy work as their “magic pill”, but what they don’t understand is that our energy gets knocked out of balance for a reason. That reason is the choices you are making. If you make choices which align to who you are as a Soul, things will flow. But if you are making choices which do not align with who you are as a Soul, then you’re going to create imbalances.

Because of this, energy work can only be temporary if you’re still making the same choices which put the chakra out of balance in the first place. 

Getting to the root cause

I’m all about getting to the cause of an issue and addressing that so the rebalancing work can stick (at least for a while), rather than putting a bandaid on it every time it “breaks”! 

So this is why it’s so important to identify what choices you’re making and how they’re playing out in your life.

If your life is perfect, you won’t need to make any changes. And of course if your life isn’t how you’d like it to be, then there are some choices you’re making which could be putting your chakras out of balance!
