Be sure to look after your foundation

Last Saturday I set my alarm for 12.45am the following morning, so I could attend an online Trance Mediumship course with the Arthur Findlay College in the UK. 

What happened in my Trance Mediumship training

We were taught the theory then split into pairs and then groups to practise. The first time, I don’t think I really went into trance, and was actually seeing visions which aligned more with a meditation than a trance. 

But the second time was a different story! Again I didn’t get much until about half way through, but then the word “Foundation” came to mind and it kept repeating. I then received the words “Look after your foundation”.

So who did this message come from? Given it’s such a philosophical message, I’m thinking my spirit guides, and as I type this, I am receiving a very profound “YES!” and I can sense the nodding of heads!

Making choices with align with our Divine Soul Blueprint

I’ve been pondering those words for a few days now, and I think I have worked out what they mean, and I’ll try to articulate my interpretation…

Our “foundation” is who we are at a Soul level. It’s our essence, our gifts, and all that our Soul is. It’s our Divine Soul Blueprint. 

When I am receiving advice to look after my foundation, I take that to mean that I am being asked to make choices which align with my Divine Soul Blueprint. 

Whenever we make choices which are not congruent with our Divine Soul Blueprint, we create blocks and restrictions, and this can hamper our current and future lives. 

So I really see this message as a reminder to be aware of our Divine Soul Blueprint so that we can make “positive” choices which align to it.

As I’ve mentioned before, what’s “positive” for you, may not be positive for another, so it’s really important to understand what your Soul Blueprint is all about so that you know which choices will align and which ones will not. 

What happens when we make positive choices?

When you make choices which align with your Divine Soul Blueprint, your life will flow better, you will experience more ease when manifesting what you want, and you will feel so much happier! As a Soul, you will know that you are making positive choices for yourself and it will feel soooo good!

What happens when we make negative choices?

Firstly, remember that what’s “negative” for you may not be negative for another person – it really does come down to your Divine Soul Blueprint as to what serves your Soul and what doesn’t.

If you’re making choices which do not align with your Divine Soul Blueprint, you’ll experience lack, frustration, stuckness, and you’ll always feel as though something is “off” in some way. It doesn’t feel nice to be in this place, but thankfully it can be resolved (with a bit of effort!).

How do I know what’s a positive or negative choice for me?

The best (well… that’s my opinion based on personal experience) way to begin experiencing flow again in your life is to first understand the details of your Divine Soul Blueprint. Once you know who you are at a Soul level, it’s really easy to see whether your choices are aligning with that (or not).

A Soul Realignment reading is how it’s done (well… it’s the only way I’ve found that really works!), and in my entire life, I’ve not experienced shifts in my physical reality so fast as when I’ve applied what I have learned from a Soul Realignment reading. Within less than 24 hours the shift began, and it’s been flowing ever since!

What happens in a Soul Realignment reading?

One of the first things I do is put together the details of your Soul Blueprint when you book a Soul Realignment reading with me. 

Before we meet, I get to work identifying who you are as a Soul, along with any blocks or restrictions which were created by choices made either in past lives or earlier in this life. I then group these into patterns so that I can understand how these are playing out in your life now.

The last thing I do before we meet up is perform a clearing within the Akashic Records, and I draw up your “homework”, which will need to be completed for 21 days after the reading. 

When we meet, I explain all of this to you and together we come up with a number of physical actions (new choices) that you can make in order to break the old patterns – in addition to your homework, these actions are the key to creating massive transformation in your life!
