What My Life Between Lives Regression Taught Me About Purpose, Simplicity, and Alignment
Have you ever wondered what happens in the Life Between Lives space after death? Or why certain patterns show up in your current life?
Today I am sharing the details from my own Life Between Lives (LBL) regression from about a year ago. It was a journey through battles, castles, simple joys, and universal truths.
Here’s a glimpse into what I experienced, the lessons it taught me, and how it might just inspire you to look at your own life differently.
1. I Was a Warrior Woman—and No One Knew It
The session opened with a bang—literally. I found myself on a battlefield, armoured up and heading into war.
“They don’t know that I’m a woman,” I said. I was royalty, hiding my true identity to fight for my people. Determined and laser-focused, I thought, This is the right thing to do.
Lesson? Sometimes, you step into roles that defy expectations because it’s what your soul knows is needed.
2. From Castles to Aprons: The Power of Simplicity
Fast forward in that life, and things looked very different. No more castles or royalty. Just a small farm, an apron, and a warm loaf of bread baking.
“It’s fine. Relaxed. Simple life. No complications,” I described. Turns out, I ran away from the throne for the simplicity I craved. And yes, my father disowned me for it—but I was happy.
Takeaway: The trappings of power and prestige aren’t always what your soul longs for. Sometimes, it’s the quieter moments that bring real joy.
3. Death Isn’t the End; It’s a Transition
At the end of that life, I found myself looking down at my body. I felt…peaceful.
“I felt a pain in my chest, and then I popped out of my body,” I shared. A warm light appeared, and familiar souls came to greet me. It wasn’t scary—it was freeing.
What struck me most was the sense of satisfaction. I knew I had lived on my terms, even if they weren’t what others wanted for me.
4. What Fighting (Literally and Figuratively) Taught Me
One of the biggest realisations from this life? “Fighting is a waste of time.”
Yes, I had fought battles, both literal and metaphorical, but at the soul level, I realised the futility of conflict. Alignment, not resistance, is where the power lies.
5. A School for the Soul
Between lives, I found myself in what can only be described as an energy school.
“We’re using geometrical shapes and energising them,” I explained. The focus? Learning to work with energy—a skill I knew I’d bring into this current life.
6. The Future Is Already Written (Kind Of)
The regression even gave me glimpses into a future where I’m living my soul’s mission—a healing centre surrounded by trees, ocean views, and purpose-driven work.
“We are living our mission,” I saw clearly. The key message from my guides? Stay aligned. “Stay vibrationally aligned with what you desire… Thoughts, emotions, actions—like you teach others.”
7. Lessons That Still Resonate
Through it all, the lessons were clear:
- Simplicity is a gift. Don’t underestimate the power of stripping away the “too much crap.”
- Alignment beats resistance every time. Fighting is overrated.
- Your soul already knows what it needs. Trust that inner nudge.
A Final Thought
If you’ve ever felt like you’re pushing too hard or chasing things that don’t really light you up, maybe it’s time to step back. Or, as I like to put it: What are you baking in the metaphorical oven of life? Something simple and satisfying, or a three-tiered cake that no one really asked for?
