Rescue dogs, Vixen and Fox
Vixen and Fox were rescued from death row, and while their history wasn’t known to the rescuers, it was very clear that these gorgeous animals had been physically abused.
Vixen would roll over onto her back and “scream” whenever one of her rescuers tried to pat her, but after a few minutes would be wagging her tail and licking her rescuer’s face. But any sudden moves and she would drop to the ground and roll straight onto her back. She’d then pee herself and start crying.
Fox showed his fear in a different way. He would bark bravely at strangers with his tail between his legs and his body shaking. He would also cower at a raised hand.
My heart went out to these two, so I volunteered to work on them. I found many imbalances, such as:
Imbalanced organs
Trapped emotions of defensiveness, grief, resentment, fear, terror heartache, and the list goes on
It was very clear these animals had suffered so much in their short lives, but I am very happy to say that after I completed several sessions on these gorgeous critters, they were adopted and moved to their forever homes shortly after. Yay!
