Some past life regression sessions reveal ancient vows, dramatic betrayals, or heroic adventures.
Others reveal something far less glamorous.
Like running through a forest in a tunic and leather sandals because a group of villagers think you stole something you absolutely did not steal.
That was the past life that showed up for me in this Past Life Regression.
Apparently my soul once decided the best solution to being wrongly accused was to disappear into the woods and live the rest of my life as a very committed hermit.
Which is exactly what I did.
The Medieval “Leave Me Alone” Strategy
In this lifetime I saw myself running through a forest wearing a simple tunic and leather sandals, trying to get away from people who believed I had stolen something.
For the record, I hadn’t.
But once a medieval crowd decides you’re guilty, explaining yourself is rarely an effective strategy.
So I did what any sensible soul apparently does in that situation.
I ran.
And then I stayed hidden.
For decades.
No dramatic revenge story. No heroic comeback. Just a quiet life living in a hut in the forest, minding my own business and probably smelling permanently like wood smoke.
I eventually died peacefully in my seventies, alone in that little hut.
Not exactly a blockbuster storyline.
But it contained an important lesson.
The Surprisingly Useful “Do Nothing” Lifetime
At first glance that life looked incredibly boring.
No big achievements. No public recognition. No exciting adventures.
But that was exactly the point.
Some lifetimes are not about accomplishing anything extraordinary.
Some lifetimes are about simply existing.
Resting.
Breathing.
Stepping away from chaos.
After whatever had happened before that life, my soul needed a break.
Apparently the forest hermit phase was the spiritual equivalent of putting your phone on airplane mode.
The Message for This Lifetime
When the guides stepped in during the session, they were very clear about something.
That lifetime had served its purpose.
The resting phase was complete.
And now the message was essentially this:
Michelle, nap time is over.
You’ve got work to do.
Not small work either. Big work. Visible work. The kind of work that involves helping people wake up, break patterns, and step into who they really are.
Which brings us to something many spiritually aware people struggle with.
Visibility.
Why So Many People Still Hide
One of the things that came through very clearly in the regression was that many people carry past life memories of being punished for standing out.
In earlier times, showing your spiritual gifts could be genuinely dangerous.
You could be labelled strange, threatening, or worse.
Sometimes people were drowned.
Sometimes they were burned.
Sometimes they were simply pushed to the edge of the village and told to stop being weird.
So it’s not surprising that many people still carry subconscious patterns around staying invisible.
Your soul remembers those experiences even if your conscious mind doesn’t.
The Modern Version of Hiding
Today those patterns show up in much quieter ways.
Instead of literally hiding in a forest, people hide behind hesitation.
They downplay their abilities.
They avoid being seen.
Or they convince themselves they just need one more course, one more certification, or one more Canva template before they’re ready to share their work.
But the world has changed.
Being visible does not get you burned at the stake anymore.
Most of the time it just gets you a few social media comments and maybe the occasional troll.
Which, while annoying, is significantly less dramatic than medieval justice systems.
Your Work Is Meant to Be Seen
Another message that came through strongly in the session was about business and purpose.
For many people, their business is not just a way to earn money.
It’s a channel for their soul work.
When old visibility patterns are released, something interesting happens.
People stop overthinking every post or offer.
They stop panicking about algorithms and approval.
And they begin to show up with confidence because they remember why they are here.
That’s when things start to move.
A Question Worth Asking Yourself
So it’s worth asking yourself something honestly.
Where are you still hiding?
Where are you playing small because some part of you believes visibility is unsafe?
And what might change if you stopped running into the forest and started showing up fully instead?
Sometimes the most powerful step you can take is simply deciding you’re done hiding.
Ready to Discover What Your Soul Has Been Carrying?
Past Life Regression can reveal the patterns shaping your life today, patterns that may have started long before this lifetime.
Once those patterns are understood, they can finally be released.

Your soul didn’t come here to play hide-and-seek.
It came here to be seen.
