Merry Christmas 2022!
As I type this, it’s very early on Christmas morning, and the house is so quiet! Our three youngest kids are with their respective other parents and our eldest is sleeping as she worked until 11pm last night.
Once we do the “family thing” at my sister’s house for breakfast, we’ll head home and relax for the rest of the day! Sounds like a great plan to me!
No matter where you are or what your plans are today, or whether you celebrate Christmas or not, I wish you all of the happiness, fun and laughter in the world.
We only get once chance at this specific life, so best we make the best of it, huh?
In a week we’ll be saying hello to 2023, and it is my hope that it is a much better year for you than 2022 was!
Use the next few days to a week to reflect on the year that was (without dwelling on any parts of course!), and consider each choice you made and the subsequent consequences (whether positive or negative) of those choices. What could you do differently next year? What new choices could you make in order to create a different, more positive outcome?
What would you like to accomplish next year? Maybe start to think about that! What choices need to be made in order for you to accomplish those things?
I am very excited about going into 2023 because while we made it through 2022, it was a struggle for so many, and I’m looking forward to seeing a more positive world in the coming months!
I shall leave you with that, and I wish you and yours all the very best for this Christmas break!
