The Power of Journaling
Journaling is a simple yet powerful tool. It’s more than just jotting down thoughts; it’s a way to document your journey, track your progress, and reflect on your experiences. Whether you’re manifesting love, money, a new job, or any other desire, journaling can be your trusted companion.
Getting Started
First things first, get yourself a notebook. It doesn’t have to be fancy; even a simple A5 journal will do. Personally, I like to use pink and purple pens because they make the process feel special and enjoyable.
Daily Entries
When you’re working towards a goal, especially if you’re in my Align With Love program, it’s essential to journal daily. Here’s a suggested structure:
- Gratitudes: Start with what you’re grateful for.
- Visualisations: Visualise your desires as though they’ve already happened, and write down what happened in your visualisation (in present tense).
- Actions: Note down the actions you took towards your goal that day.
Observing Feedback
After you’ve taken your actions, it’s crucial to observe the feedback from the universe. This feedback can come in various forms, such as unexpected events, chance meetings, or even minor setbacks. Write these down in your journal too. They are indicators of your vibrational shift.
Understanding Deselection
Deselection occurs when you’re shifting vibrationally from Point A to Point B. As you move, anything not aligned with your new vibration will naturally fall away. This could mean losing a client or facing unexpected challenges. These aren’t necessarily negative; they indicate that you’re on the right path and making progress.
Trial and Error
If you’re not in my program, you’ll need to approach this through trial and error. Track your actions and the resulting feedback meticulously. If something negative happens, reflect on the actions you took. Adjust and try again until you find what works best for you.
Consistency vs. Far and Wide
People manifest differently. Some need consistent, small actions over time, while others thrive on taking multiple, varied actions at once. If you’re not in the program, and you’re therefore unsure which type you are, experiment and observe your results.
My Personal Experience
I remember experiencing a significant blow-up during one of my most profound manifestations. It was so intense that I had to pull over and cry, asking the universe why it was happening.
