It’s time to take some time out – for you!
Are you feeling tired, run down, and basically just low on energy? If so, I know exactly how you feel, because that’s exactly what I am dealing with right now.
Over the last few weeks I’ve been feeling really tired, but I didn’t think much of it until yesterday. I received an intuitive reading via a Zoom call and was told I was giving out more energy than I was getting back and that I needed to take some time out for myself.
Then this morning I pulled a card from my beautiful Fairy deck and was told pretty much the exact same thing!
My guides were clearly looking for different ways to make sure I received the message.
It’s really important to listen to these messages, because this guidance is always going to be in your best interests. So today I did listen, and this afternoon I spent an hour soaking in the tub with my Kindle and a drink! It was soooo lovely!
After reading for a while I put my Kindle down, I emptied my mind, and I cleared my mind of all thoughts, allowing my arms to float in the water.
I think I started to drift off because before I knew it I could feel the water getting cooler and I hopped out, feeling more relaxed than I have in ages! It was just what I needed!
