I encourage you to try this experiment and see what happens. Many of my clients and I have found success with this method, so let’s dive in!

Think about your life over the past few days. You’ll notice a common theme because, as humans, we thrive on stability. However, if your status quo doesn’t feel good, especially in love, something needs to change—and that change starts with you.
Shake Things Up
Today, I want you to consider where you can shake things up. It doesn’t have to be in your love life; it could be any area of your life. For example, let’s talk about decluttering your home. If your house feels cluttered, start a new habit of decluttering one room each week, or even one item a day. This simple action can create an energetic shift because clutter carries energy.
Mindful Eating
Another habit you could introduce is mindful eating. Many women are self-critical, especially about their weight. Instead of making drastic changes, start small. For instance, during meals, take a bite, put the fork down, and savour the flavours. This practice, known as mindful eating, slows you down and helps you enjoy your food without distractions. Start with one meal a day and see how it changes your relationship with food and yourself.
Future You
Think about the future version of yourself who has the perfect life. How does she behave? She probably doesn’t rush through her meals or live in a cluttered environment. She takes care of herself, feels healthy, and enjoys her surroundings. By adopting these habits, you start aligning yourself with the future you who has everything you desire.
