How to attract more good stuff into your life
Hello, hello! It’s Fabulous Friday, and today we’re diving into a lovely little process to shift your mindset and vibration: gratitude. You’ve probably heard about it a million, zillion, gazillion times, but there’s a reason for that – it works!
The Magic of Gratitude
When we enter a state of gratitude, it’s like the universe starts conspiring to bring more good things into our lives. The more gratitude you feel, the more things you’ll find to be grateful for. It’s an amazing cycle that attracts positivity and abundance.
A Daily Gratitude Practice
This simple exercise can be done every single day, and it only takes a few minutes. Here’s how to start:
- Morning Gratitude: Begin your day by thinking about the previous day. Write down five things you’re happy and grateful for. Grab your journal, and really feel the gratitude as you write them down.
- Evening Reflection: At night, reflect on the day and think about things you’re grateful for. Consider adding these to your list the next morning. This practice keeps you constantly looking for positives, training your brain to focus on the good things in life.
For the Singles
If you’re single and looking to attract a partner, focus on the things you’re grateful for in your single life. After your gratitude practice, do a visualization exercise. Imagine meeting someone special in the future. Visualise this scenario a month ahead, then two months ahead, feeling the emotions as if it has already happened.
For Those in Relationships
If you’re in a relationship that’s currently a bit challenging, continue focusing on gratitude. Look for small things your partner does that you appreciate, even if it’s something as simple as taking out the rubbish or giving you a compliment. After your gratitude practice, visualise your relationship a month down the line as if all issues have been resolved. Feel the positive emotions of being in a happy, harmonious relationship.
Why Gratitude and Visualization Work
Starting your visualisation right after your gratitude practice is powerful because you’re already in an uplifted state. Whether you’re single or in a relationship, this practice helps you shift into a positive mindset, making it easier to attract and manifest the good stuff in your life.
A Weekend Challenge
Why not start this practice over the weekend? Do your gratitude exercises on Saturday and Sunday and see if you can to continue beyond that (I recommend that you do!). Making gratitude a daily habit can positively impact any area of your life, not just relationships.
I’ll leave you with this simple yet powerful practice. Embrace gratitude, visualise your desired future, and watch as things start to shift. Have a wonderful weekend!
